Well, good news and stress bringing news. We got that awesome place by the park. I can't be thrilled enough. It has an awesome little back yard with a patio, a gas stove (Finally!!!), washer and dryer, 2 car garage, a fire place, and a front room with really high ceilings. It promises to be an awesome place to live. It's within walking distance of Vons, and a whole nice little shopping center, right next to the bus stop... and even near a few other friends. It's also 3 minutes away from work, which makes the entire arrangement ideal. The best part about it is that it's right across the street from this MASSIVE park that has tennis courts, basketball, a baseball diamond, barbecue areas and all sorts of other facilities that I can't even think of right now. The crappy part of course is going to be paying for it. The move in date is 7/1... that's right, in like a week. In that amound of time I have to come up with the deposit, plus the first months rent there... plus the rent for the place I'm in now. The best part of all, I have until Monday to come up with the cash. Lord help me. I guess if it doesn't work out we'll find another place somewhere... it's just this place is nicely sized and will end up being cheaper in the long run (even if this month is a punch in the face). I hope it works out.
