So I hiked up Mt. Madonna today with Shane. I learned a few valuable lessons. First: Mt. Madonna is made entirely of large grit sandpaper. Second: if you're going to be hiking on a mountain made of sand paper, wear shoes!!. To say the least my little feet were very sad for the 3 hours it took us to go to the summit and back down. All in all it was a fun experience, minus the me going slower than a snail's pace. That's really my intersting story for the day. Oh, I'm not wearing pants right now, I suppose that's somewhat exciting (although I can't imagine to who). After our jaunt I took a shower, then a nap and haven't put pants on yet. I'd leave them off, but people are coming over... a shame isn't it? Yes indeed. Things are moving quickly this quarter. Wildflower is next weekend, after that its only a skip and a jump 'till I perform Verdi, and then only a skip and a jump 'till the small groups concert (where I'll be performing). After that it's only another small skip and jump till finals!!! The rest of my quarter is segmented into tight little sections. It's scary.
