Well, it wasn't so bad last night going back. I met Tim on my way out the door, so we went to dinner. Food was what I really needed, and the upgrade to the server went smoothly (thank God!). I happened to have the exact same model NIC as the other two in the computer, so I didn't even need to search for a driver. I'm sure you all care =P

Well I leave for Texas on Sunday... according to Dan we're going to "Go pee on the Alamo and root for the Mexicans". I wish I could explain to you how ironic that statement is, but in any case you'll be able to appreciate how it sets the tone for the trip. It should be interesting indeed. What's cool is we get $40 a day for all meals... that's a lot of money! I could eat for like $2.50 a day, and if I ate well I would spend like $15. I guess we'll probably be going to sit-down dinners, so it'll be a bit more... but still! Evidently we're at some point going to a place called "You are Cooks" or "UR Cooks" or some such variation. It's an all you can eat, cook it yourself steak place. The concept intrigues me... I'm pretty excited... but I have midterm city as soon as I get back. I have a speech as soon as I get back, and midterms in my other two classes. Ick! Oh well...
