Woo, I'm done for the quarter, and it's only Tuesday. That feels pretty damn good. It means I get only a few days short of a month for Christmas Break. Oh yeah! So this little entry is really going to about why I love my iBook. I know you're all aware of how pleased I am with it, but I'm not sure you realize why. It is sexy, and it is very portable. These are both prime reason why I like it so much, but today I'm reminded of yet another reason. Simply put, the warranty service is superb. I've only ever had two problems with it. First, the back-light on the screen went out. That was annoying, but the repaired it very quickly at no cost to myself. The second problem was more recent, my power adapter simply stopped working. It also made funny noises, but I think the wire in the cable just got broken from common use. Thankfully, Apple warranties the adapter. All I had to do was go in and say it was broken, and within 15 minutes I had a new one and was out of there. That's awesome! If I had had to buy a new one it would have cost more than $80... but I walked in and walked out with no cost to me at all. If there was ever a doubt in my mind, I am buying Apple Care. All this is making me turn my eyes towards Mac desktops... but I doubt that'll happen. I wouldn't have the same PC power to upgrade at will. Yet I am finding that is less and less of an importance. I use my computers now, whereas before I just played with them. It's really a mute point, seeing as I have no money. But, someday in the future maybe.

Oh, and you PC people, don't get all scared that you've lost one of your own. I have a great respect for PCs and Macs alike. I consider myself a computer user, and am not in either camp.
